"The Diocesan Director of Pastoral Strategy will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day implementation of the pastoral strategy under the direction of the Strategy Implementation Board." - Pilgrim Steps p. 29.
(The position of Director of Pastoral Planning was filled at the time of the launch of Pilgrim Steps. The Pastoral Strategy Implementation Board (see Diocesan Bodies) is chaired by Bishop Buckley and has been reconfigured. The Director of Pastoral Planning reports directly to it.)
