The diocese, with the support of All Hallows College, presents Pathways: Exploring Faith and Ministry in Cork in September. It runs on Wednesday nights in Farranferris.

posted August 15 2008

The principal purpose is to offer a space for adults to reflect upon and discuss issues related to Faith, Life and Ministry. The course values the life experience which the participants bring and, accordingly, group sharing is an integral part of the learning process each year. The course also offers spiritual and theological formation to help participants explore their faith with greater confidence. It also helps to assist people to prepare themselves to respond to the needs of their Church and community and to work in partnerships and Parish teams. During the course of the year participants who wish to do so will have the opportunity to take part in various liturgies and times of Directed Prayer. Pathways has been running successfully in All Hallows College, Dublin for the past 24 years and in recent years has also been run in such centres as Drumallis, Irvingstown, Dromore as well as in a number of diocese in the U.K.
